Sports performance training will equip you with drills that improve running mechanics, increase linear and multidirectional speed, reactionary movement, quickness, and footwork. Our speed and agility training applies to a variety of sports such as; basketball, football, track and field, softball, baseball, lacrosse, soccer and much more!
Fitness training is for the everyday person, you can have a background in athletics or be looking for a new way to be active. Training is geared to help with weight loss, mobility, build tone muscle, increase overall fitness, but mostly to encourage a healthy lifestyle. This is for all ages and all body types!
FIVE WAYS TO TRAIN
Private training sessions come with a full assessment, personalized programming, and a progress evaluation. One on one sessions is great for the individual who has specific goals. This service has nutritional guidance options at your request.
Felite Performance training will come to your facility, home gym or meet at a preferred Felite location in the Seattle- Bellevue area.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small group sessions come with customized workouts set for the entire group. This setting is great to increase accountability while still getting a lot of attention from your trainer. This training style allows you to train with your friends, coworkers, family members, and teammates!
Training session take place at Felite preferred tracks and turf fields.
Team training is built to provide in practice workouts that focus on sports performance skills. We will build a program based on your specific needs and will include in-game agility movements that will help your athletes perform better in their sport. We welcome all sports and ages!
Felite Performance can train teams in 30 minute, 60 minute and 90 minute sessions. Understand that you provide the facility and we provide the equipment.
Clinics can be for coaches or athletes for a one-time appearance. Let us come to your facility and host an interactive clinic on speed and agility. Depending on your needs you will be provided with new drills that will increase your speed, lateral movement, reactionary movement, vertical and much more.
All clients are in charge of providing the facility. Additional leave behind packets is available depending on the package you select.
